25 years of life, love and devotion to Chow Chows.

The story of Attraction Cyprus Chow Chow Kennel did not begin with a plan to establish a kennel. It began with our love for an extraordinary dog whose independent nature, dignity and quiet devotion changed our lives.

For about 25 years, we, Charis and Katerina, have shared our everyday lives with Chow Chows. They are not simply our dogs. They are family, companions through joyful and difficult moments, and the finest teachers we could have hoped for.

Along the way we experienced the joy of our first litter, the anxiety of caring for a newborn puppy, the excitement of dog shows and the pride of watching a dog we bred grow and flourish. We have also known disappointment, difficult decisions and the pain of saying goodbye.

Every dog has left a mark on our story. Every litter has taught us something new. Every generation has helped us understand more deeply what responsible breeding really means.

For us, breeding is not simply producing beautiful puppies. It means carefully choosing parents, studying pedigrees, prioritising health and temperament, socialising puppies and preserving the qualities that make the Chow Chow unique.

We believe breeders should not be judged only by championships and trophies. What matters is the generations they leave behind, the decisions they make when nobody is watching, and the responsibility they continue to feel for every puppy that leaves their home.

Katerina and I have travelled this road together, bringing different strengths, shared values and the same love for our dogs. Everything we have achieved has come from that partnership.

Today, looking at the younger generations alongside our older dogs, we feel that our story is still unfolding. And despite all these years of experience, we are still learning. Chow Chows never stop surprising us.
